By booking or staying at AJ Maison Shortlet, you agree to the following terms. These are intentionally brief — if you have any questions, just ask us directly.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing via WhatsApp or phone, and payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the apartment and its contents with care. The following are not permitted:
- Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered number of guests
- Smoking inside the apartment
- Pets, unless explicitly agreed in advance
- Any illegal activity on the premises
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
Damages & Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the caution deposit. If costs exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be invoiced for the difference.
AJ Maison Shortlet is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
Cancellations & Refunds
Our full cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Cancellation Policy. In summary: cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in receive a full refund; later cancellations may be non-refundable.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and verify your identity. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
